do everything you want as you like about design but i suggest you make the report system like this:
so if someone buys let's say a netflix account that buyer has 24 hours only to report it is not working if he reports it and the admins check that it is not working for real they refund him automatically if he doesn't report it in 24 hours he cannot get a refund.i got this idea from a friend named rico
it is so good tho for sellers and buyers to avoid scamming and late reply
i hope you also include it in your site cause i want to sell netflix accounts
