you made a sale by false advertisement, you sold him a thing which he didnt wanted by telling a lie , prove it to me that it isnt exactly trading and then we can talk about partial refunds.

@KSZ I think he dint understand what i meant . May be he is new to paypal.
@AntiToxic If i open a dispute in paypal and you refund through the dispute, then your paypal account will get limited. Which means you wont be able to withdraw funds from your paypal. Is it ok for you?
So, i think its better if you refund through the "send back" or "refund" option under your paypal transaction , if you dont want to get your account limited.
