Lifetime accounts sometimes really exists, and how long it will stay working depends from:

1) is user correctly using a lifetime account (from the same static ip every time or with different dynamic ip every day)
2) is those login details are cr@ckable by default.

So,

1) if site REALLY provides lifetime account and
2) login details are unique and out of different combo-lists (yes, sometimes it real) and
3) user use his account every time from the same static ip,

the account able to work really as lifetime.
There are some examples, but it isn't about the NetFlix.

There are a few sites/services you can or could have purchased lifetime (plex is one that comes to mind).  However on a site like this, I completely agree that the word lifetime should be banned.  No one can guarantee an account will work for any length of time whatsoever.  If they do, they are a complete scammer.

Now, guaranteeing that if an account goes dead within a certain period, it will be replaced is a completely different story but if someone is trying to say they will have a lifetime guarantee in this circumstance is also bullshit.

Any way you look at it, you are 100% correct IMHO.
