Question - you provide a site, do we need to provide our own hosting?   assume as this is blackhat we can't use just any old hosting.

That's true, you can't put this website on any commercial hosting, it would be taken down quickly. There are services that help us, I explain it in the Guide. No need to self-host anything, this is where Russians come in handy.
