Additional Information: I've been in contact with this seller for some time and as you can see he said he'd deliver within 24h and if he couldn't, he'd refund. And he seemed legit since he's vouched and well reputed on the forum. So I sent the payment and he hasn't even seen my texts since then. It's been over 3 days since I paid. I've tried contacting him through forum dms and he hasn't even replied to that too.
