live panels are done very easily.
1. You need to know all the login steps required to get into an account
2. Have an admin panel where all the logins are displayed and you can manage where they go to.
Typically this can be done through a small api when a button is clicked a variable in a database is updated and the user will be requesting the api every x seconds to see where they should be redirected to.
3. The admin panel also needs to be fetching updated information to be displayed to the admin so they have all the updated victims.

That is pretty much all i would look at kr3ptos puppeteer kits and uAdmins panels also.
