What I would recommend doing next time is setting up an agreement that the coder in question can not resell it to anyone else and therefor making it unique for you only. I personally always point it out that the product will be unique for the client and won't be resold to anyone else.

Keep this thread fixed, he is a great example of person that no one can be, after you ban him, let everyone knows about him, there is people who are still using his services.

@StreamerTool regardless of him having rights over it, yet he paid you to get it custom coded and that gives you no rights to leak the tool when you got payment from him.
Do a partial refund of 50%.
Restore his license.
You have 24 hrs.
