Combolists section suggestion

had this thought pop in my head awhile ago thought I would mention it here
I think for the combolists section their should be a required antipublic you have to run the combos through before you upload them and provide a ss/proof of it being ran through and only allowed to upload the "private" lines
this could go for other things such as urls/domains etc
I could host the antipublic if need be

The saved email:pass/user:pass could be useful for a lot of things though, as in making your own combos/password lists etc, could be a lot of experimenting done with it/ allow only ranked members+ to be able to have access to the antipublic
