Nope, that's not true, his paypal account was in negative after Emily Fong reversed payment, not before that. Darkness just misunderstanding a  few things so I will keep open disputes until someone know what really happened. It is very easy to understand why Sc00bii is a scammer. Here is an example
1) Emily Fong sent money, Sc00bii withdraw money to his bank, after Emily Fong reversed the payment, because of insufficient funds to cover the payment reversed, the paypal account will have a negative balance.
2) Emily Fong sent money, Sc00bii didn't withdraw the money, after Emily Fong reversed the payment, the paypal account don't have a negative balance.

His paypal account have a negative balance, so he already withdraw the money to his bank, and he should share the money with me.

  You tried the same scam on @SexyAzure .. the poor guy refund you  his money from his exchange service unfairly you scammed him trought your buyed paypal accounts .. tell me why "same victim" trying pay you for product if he knows that service is a SCAM haha  // i talks about (Aravindh Elayakumar) account -- explain me that lol  you are just poor bitch which one read multiple ebooks and guides how claim every payment on gaypal and now it trying on refunders/holders/ people who doing any type of exchanges etc.. your poor scam method totally clown , you will be banned not i ..

You just sounds like a very stupid kid, it have nothing to do with refund things... Nah, sexyazure scammed me, I helped him sent around $12,000 to his account, then he gave me access to his paypal account and I found out only $3000+ successfully withdraw to his bank account, he should pay me $1600, fair enough. However, he paid $400 and still owe me $1200, he said my disputes cause his customers to stopped doing business with him, so I actually lied to Darkness that he already paid $1600 and helped him closed the disputes, but he actually still owe me $1200, I am so stupid. By the way, It's another cio member's disputes that make his account banned, not my disputes.

And for Aravindh Elayakumar, I actually used 2 difference username on a selling platform and manipulating him twice to send the payment first to sexyazure, and second to you. But Aravindh Elayakumar reversed the payment before you can withdraw the money, so it didn't make your account become negative balance, and you don't have to pay me anything. 

However for Emily Fong, you need to pay me, you successfully withdraw the money, then you don't have insufficient money to cover after Emily Fong reversed her payment, that's why your paypal account have a negative balance of around -$1,600.

Nah, I don't need a video show that PayPal reversed the payment, that's not important at all. But I need a video to explain that why your account have a negative balance, what is the cause of the negative balance? PayPal reversed the payment already in our agreement before we deal, the money sender will eventually open a disputes and reversed the payment, and you are clear that your PayPal account will be dead in the end, I already stated it in my post. Our agreement is you must withdraw the money before the money sender found out something suspicious and open a disputes, then PayPal reversed the payment. You failed to withdraw the money from Aravindh Elayakumar before he found out something suspicious, that's why your PayPal account don't have a negative balance after he reversed the payment. But you successfully withdraw the money from Emily Fong, that's make your PayPal account have a negative balance of -$1600. And for the disputes fees, it's only $15, you can't compare it with the red -$1600 on your PayPal account, doesn't make any sense at all.

Darkness closed the disputes because he obviously misunderstand the situation, he think that your PayPal account was already in negative, but what happened is "Emily Fong" chargebacked/reversed that make your account in negative, just because you withdraw "Emily Fong" money to your bank account and do not have enough fund for the chargebacked/reversed, that make your account in negative of -$1600. So we need a video to explain that why your account have a negative balance, what is the cause of the negative balance? Which I'm sure that you can't provide because the video will expose your scam.
