Deleting Own Threads

Possibly a dumb idea as per usual

I have made TONS of threads in which i could of been sleep deprived or just dumb in the moment, and wished to delete it afterwards.

Yes, you can edit it all out, but that still adds an empty thread to the clutter for mods to delete on their own.

I propose users being able to delete their own threads, Or if in any way this could be used will ill intent in any way, Give it to just Upgraded Members, Contributors, and Above
