hi guys, I tried to make an ftid (I don't remember what version it is) where I changed the address on the label by having it delivered to a center near that of Bose. But apparently the package arrived at them (I don't know how it is possible) because they also asked me for the label with which I sent it (I said that the ups site did not show it to me anymore) now they will investigate and in 72 hours will let me know. I wonder how it is possible to make this method work if the autist does not read on the label but on the phone via the barcode. can you please tell me where i went wrong?
