I keep texting him from 15 January, and he keeps ignoring my texts and replying twice a week.

He states that his accounts are 0% kickrate, yet I've been kicked out after 4 days of using. 
Poor customer support, waiting on the replacement for 2 weeks now and he's just leaving me on read without giving a fuck. 

Due to all of the mentioned above, I want a full refund, not a replacement because he can't deliver what he's promising.
