Additional Information:Bought rdp from this service, been using for a long time, recently I noticed their services perma offline, really for long time, as of today, it is still offline and it been close to 15 hours now, their website is not working anymore as well, up until weeks ago, my rdp randomly shutdown, for no reason, this is not the first time it happening
