We are now just going back and forth with the same information, these points have had my perspective given already.

From now we have explained everything from our sides and the rest is for the staff to decide the outcome @Alex @Eminem@BarryAlso @Husow I understand your stress in this deal, it is never my intention to make things hard within a deal with anyone, but the situation has two perspectives at the moment and I hope there is no bad blood, but however the staff decide to deal with the dispute I will honour it.

@Views from what was provided, @Husow did not receive the account he paid for, so the deal cannot be considered completed.
I understand there were delays from @Husow side regarding the phone/EID situation, and those delays may have caused issues with the eSIM process. However, once you decided to continue the deal using the old device/details, the responsibility to deliver the product still remained on you. The buyer’s delay can be considered, but it does not justify keeping most of the payment when no account was delivered.

Also, the part about the eSIM popup/QR code is not clear enough to fully put the blame on @Husow. You said the QR code would be provided after 24 hours, but it was never delivered because the EID later showed as invalid. That may have caused a cost/loss on your side, but the buyer still ended up with nothing.

Because of the buyer’s delays and the eSIM cost involved, I do not think a full refund is required here. But $70/$75 is too low considering the buyer paid around $215 and received no usable product.

@Views you need to refund @Husow $140. You may keep $75 to cover the eSIM/process cost caused by the failed attempt and delays.
Refund must be sent within 24 hours.

Alex, The issue is that I never received the eSIM notification at all. After that, he told me my EID was “messed up,” but I don’t see how that’s my fault. If I had known from the beginning, I would never have purchased it from him.
I checked my settings that day, and there was no popup or notification whatsoever.

Thank you, I understand the decision. I’ve contacted the buyer and am currently waiting for him to send his address. Once I have it, I'll send a refund. Thank you again.

I have sent the refund to the buyer as requested. Thank you for your assistance could you please also remove the  DWC from my profile?
