Additional Information: I was interested in buying an Indian “Kotak” account from @Views. I contacted him on Telegram, and he asked me to share my EID from my own phone, which I did.
A few days later, he told me that the EID was “invalid” or “not working,” but to this day I still don’t understand how or why. He then asked me to provide another EID, but at that time I couldn’t because I had just received a new phone that wasn’t suitable for this situation. (irl issue with the phone)
Later, I managed to get a temporary phone so I could continue. I understand that I may have been a bit late.
I did provide a correct EID, but he claimed it was not usable without giving a clear explanation. According to his terms of service, they are only responsible if the issue is on their side. However, since I never received any account details, I don’t see how I can be held responsible.
Now he is offering to refund only $70 out of the $215 I paid, while also "without saying" that the most cost should be on me. I don’t agree with this, as I did not receive the product I paid for.
