Additional Information: I was interested in buying an Indian “Kotak” account from @Views. I contacted him on Telegram, and he asked me to share my EID from my own phone, which I did.
A few days later, he told me that the EID was “invalid” or “not working,” but to this day I still don’t understand how or why. He then asked me to provide another EID, but at that time I couldn’t because I had just received a new phone that wasn’t suitable for this situation. (irl issue with the phone)
Later, I managed to get a temporary phone so I could continue. I understand that I may have been a bit late.
I did provide a correct EID, but he claimed it was not usable without giving a clear explanation. According to his terms of service, they are only responsible if the issue is on their side. However, since I never received any account details, I don’t see how I can be held responsible.
Now he is offering to refund only $70 out of the $215 I paid, while also "without saying" that the most cost should be on me. I don’t agree with this, as I did not receive the product I paid for.

Hi, hope the staff reading this are doing well.

My perspective on the current situation is as follows:

Buyer purchased Indian bank, following and Indian bank we need an Indian eSim.

Not to go into too much detail in how I handle my business, simply explained I have drops that deal with eSims and the banks, based on this DD situation I needed @Husow to provide me EID and IMEI information to make this this work on his phone, as mentioned in https://ibb.co/3mpbTYLR it was clearly stated that the longer we wait to deal with this, the more issues that may occur, originally he sent me details on the 5th, but proceeded to request for me to wait till he receives a new phone https://ibb.co/WNkjkCqZ (assuming this would be a quick process I did not mention anything about delays at this moment, maybe I should have)

In these moments he proceeds to ask me if the bank is being created, but I had stated creation of bank is not possible until we deal with the eSim first (we are waiting for his new phone)

On the 12th I had mentioned that their may be issues going forward if there will continue being delays (this is currently 1 week into the deal)

At this moment I should take note that everything from my side has been paid for (eSim Creation & Bank Creation etc)

On the 12th the buyer proceeds to say "fuck it, lets do it" and continues the eSIM creation on their old device with their old details.

On the 17th we was able to get the eSim activation to be sent to his phone, he received a pop up, but did not deal with it in time so a 24 hour cooldown was set.

Now the main issue that ruined the eSim was the delays and not activating the sim in time, the second round after the cooldown it became an error that the EID is not longer valid (common for issues to happen with jio eSims due to delays etc)

At this moment I have purchased everything and due to delays and confusion in the chats of waiting and not completing things as required in time in the end I am at a loss for this transaction.

To continue the transaction I explained that a new eSim would have to be requested and we could try it on his new device but this sadly costs an extra $75, the buyer refused this, my other option was for a partial refund of $75 or credit to the store, buyer refused, was unhappy with the terms which we clearly state if the issue is 100% on our side we will refund. (the buyers delays led to issues with the deal)

Overall I understand there may have been some miscommunication in our transaction, hence I offer a partial refund or store credit to keep business ties happy, but seller decides to take it to the next step.

At this moment even with a partial refund I am at a loss, my drops were paid on the 5th or the 6th of April, I can not challenge to get a refund to provide a full refund for this customer, with no delays that is something we could discuss but considering the deal was almost a month in the situation is as it stands.

I can offer a partial refund as discussed for the stress and issues (and I am at a loss with this deal) or store credit.

Whatever the staff decide I will follow their decision no matter whos favor it is in, if more screenshots are requested, I am happy to provide the full chat log.

 As you mentioned regarding the eSIM I supposedly received, I never got any kind of popup or notification on my phone at all. That statement is not correct.

To the first point he mentions he did not receive or see any pop up for the esim, however he proceeds to mention it has been sent (I guess I assume the popup was sent) which he provides a screenshot of him getting the pop up https://ibb.co/sJD0ZxFS

However his communication was confusing so I thought it would be easier to get a QR code, at this moment I am not exactly sure what he did, turned off the pop up or what but this triggered the 24 hour cooldown that i mentioned in my previous reply.

Buyer mentions that I let them know I would get the QR code to them after 24 hours, that is true I did mention that but as I previously stated after this cooldown it showed his EID is invalid https://ibb.co/LVktYDq 

Issue is, I have no idea what he may have done with his EID in this time frame, it could have been the delay of the completion or something else from his side, I cant truly say what the buyer may have done.

Buyer does explain that there is issues with his new phone, parts of it being delays of his new phone and the rest I am not sure what the issues were, but all in all the prolonged delay with this deal it even became impossible for me to even try to do it on his new phone without additional costs to the order, the additional costs are both for me and the buyer.

If I was able to provide a charity I would gladly do it for free on another phone, but this whole deal is already at a loss for me and out of kindness I would like to complete the deal and try to offer additional costs to cover the Esim part, again which I mention the buyer refuses.

This whole deal likely could of been saved if the buyer decided to start the deal when they knew when they were ready, rather than waiting almost a month.

There is moving parts in my business and after a month there is troubles for me also.

Where did I ever say that I received in the picture? The image I showed you was only to indicate that I can manually add an eSIM to the account or do it via a QR code.
As I said, please don’t make claims that are not true.
You also made me wait a long time, even though I provided what you initially asked for. You asked for the EID, and I gave it to you.
You mentioned not to wait too long, but I had already provided the information you requested at that point.

My completion time is around 5-7 business days for this deal, the only wait was the delay of indecisiveness about your phones.

Everyone that has dealt with me knows not a single transaction takes a month with me, but that is not really relevant for this DD.

Again it is true you provided the information but you backtracked and said wait.

You replied that you would provide the QR code, so please don’t act like that wasn’t said you know exactly what I’m referring to when I asked for it.
You also told me, “I’ll get the QR code, just wait for me,” and mentioned that you would provide it within 24 hours.
However, you never did.
