I bought the user a configuration for Hotmail with inbox search, since I bought it the configuration has given me problems, From the beginning it didn't work for me and as time went by it seemed like there were different errors which I fixed according to what he told me.

Then finally he told me that it was because it only worked in an RDP and I had to have one (Since until now I was using it on a real PC), so I bought an RDP and it DID NOT work either.
He tells me that he sent it to other users to try and it works fine for them, but it doesn't work for me and I have the proof of that, I asked him to fix his config but he says it works so I just want my refund.
With so many conditions, he should have clarified them before selling me the configuration, such as that it only worked with large combos, or that it only worked in RDP, etc. In addition, he was very insistent that I make the payment.
And finally, I should clarify that I also tried it with a large combo (100k) and it's true that it checks faster, but it ends up being the same problem. After about 20 minutes, it becomes extremely slow and shouldn't work that way. Also, in the photos he sent me, you can see proof of this by the amount he checked in that time.
