here is something i do when i bet..

play for 10$ for example.. 
when u gamble the 10$ and win like 15$ dont play the 10$ u originally played with.
so incase u loose u still have ur 10$ and that 10$ once u get it back.. never.. never play with it again.. and only play with the amount you won..

Been doing this, but the lose ratio is outweighting the win ratio

ive never gotten anything out of gambling even though I had high wins I fucking sold it to play again.
