Additional Information: So basically he was suppose to be holder for my shop and pay me in crypto after taking 15%. After getting around $40 I asked him to cash out and pay me cause there is no surety[b] on how long PayPal will last. Then this mister says he will only cash out when he feels or when its above $100 (which he didn't mention before, he is clearly trying to gain more $ before e could take any steps. Making lame excuses saying his friend won't exchange (which is not my concern he was already told conditions and he said he can do so he has to arrange else where if his friend can't). Now he is also not refunding me the amount as I said I don't wanna continue with him. Something more also he is acting so sus like asking me to change email to some other email after few payments, plus he is always decline that he never got payments while they delivered and then I had to forcefully ask him to see PayPal and send SS and then he was like oh ya I got them.
