Additional Information: I tried to contact him via TG, but he never replied. Since he's providing an automated service managed via various BOTs I added 10$ to my balance using the dedicated bot. So I was redirected to the dedicated crypto payment gateway ( oxapay.com )
Payment was completed, but I was redirected to another bot and not the original one where I started the payment. My balance is still 0. At this point, I don't know if he just wrongly set up the bots or if he is starting to scam people.
Crypto address for a refund: Let's see if he replies at least here, cause It's possible he just misconfigured his BOTs system.

I was offline and there is proxy issue thats why every Bot service of mine are offline that time and in few hours everything get fixed and get online again so wait and kindly delete this claim xD...

Also my T&C says 24 hours wait time to get replied by support or to fix anything so read T&C and wait 24 hours at least to do these things for just 10$ xD.

It has never happened that something like this has happened to me, so since on your promotional page you wrote "Crypto Top-Up 24/7" & " Instant Delivery", the process should be pretty fast. As I have said, my main concern was that I was redirected to another bot and not the original one where I started the payment. I started this thread mainly to advise other people of this problem with your automated service. By the way, where can I find your T&C?
