Additional Information: I paid a month ago for something he said was going to take 1 day. He turned off communication all month and responded once i threatened to scam report on forum with "Soon". He then deleted all of our convo (the one in the screenshots attached). I followed up hey you deleted our convo instead of delivering you fucking scammer, he then asked for proof of payment. I said I don't have screenshots (i do) so he blocked me thinking he's safe. This is a 100+ rep seller

first of all this guy is completely uncooperative his way of speaking is just insult me he don't screen that full convo but that's what makes me delete and block him cuz i get one insult me without any reason anyway his account what he buy is already work and ready to delivey from long time , he also open send me from another telegram for insult me again and said its personal thing he just want ruin my service out of no where .

Hello, I am not interested in the account one month later. I would like admins to look into the bait and switch behavior you just pulled. Please keep the account, delete it or change your credentials. You cannot force my hand to take the account now a month later, after I am trying to expose the scummy behavior you subject forum buyers to just because you're high rep. 

The screenshots I provided clearly show you baiting with the 1 day delivery time promise, then disappearing for weeks, followed by a block when you thought I couldn't prove the existence of this transaction. You are now rushing to close this matter up in speeds I have never seen you respond in. My tg dms are flooded with your name somehow, on the same account where you blocked me (as seen on screenshots). 

I kindly ask admins to look into this behavior as this is one of the only high rep sellers pulling this crap. I have Telegram exports for the conversations if screenshots aren't clear enough.

how about you address the bait and switch for forum users? 
you can keep messaging me more bait so you can get hostility out of me, and try to discredit or belittle my claim, but you won't be able to erase the fact that you are a selective scammer.
