Additional Information: I purchased a full website for my refunding service. the website was done but not as we agreed. i re explained myself many times to correct it but its been to long i cant continue like this. i spoke with him and he only agreed to refund only $300 which i dont think its fair. Website functions (back end) is working but not as I have described, I didn't want to open the deal dispute thread, but the seller was refusing to give me my money back. The reason I went with him is because I thought he would know what to do and understands the service, which clearly is not the case here, the website was never done how I have described it, then he started asking for extra money for something he could not do but I described since the beginning, which is not fair. I don't want to further discuss this as it is a complete time waste for me, so I just want my money back so I can move on with my things.
Crypto address for a refund: Will provide when agreed
just to clarify everything with full transparency, this will be based on the actual ticket history, we did not begin the project without direction, we first worked with the client to understand his service, we also discussed how the system should work, including the order flow, worker process, and payment setup and explained everything step by step before starting then after that, the client confirmed that the structure was correct and said “yes perfect” and “all good.” the client himself said that the backend of the website is working and this means a whole entire website/system was built and delivered so this is very important because it shows that the base system was agreed before development started.
then during development, we did not disappear or delay without reason, we stayed active in the ticket the whole time, we kept replying, giving updates, and making changes based on his feedback and this was not a one-time delivery also the system was updated many times because we were working with him step by step, the website includes the order system, worker assignment, dashboards, product setup, and payment integration, very important is the website was also hosted and shared so the client could open it, test it, and review it himself and this shows that the work was delivered in a usable state. We also want to point out that the client was involved during the development. He was checking the system, giving feedback, and responding while the project was ongoing then there were approvals and confirmations during different stages, not just at the start and this means the project moved forward with his input and not without his knowledge. also at the same time, communication was not only from one side and there were cases where we sent updates and had to wait for his reply before continuing and sometimes this took days and this is normal in custom projects, but it also affects the speed and flow of development even with that, once he replied, we continued working and pushed updates again, we also made multiple efforts to fix and align everything many times, we asked for a clear list of what still needs to be corrected so we can properly finalize the system and we were open and willing to fix anything unclear and we did not refuse to complete the project and we kept offering to adjust and improve it based on his needs, some issue is that some parts of the system became more detailed and complex during development, the client explained his business rules and we worked on those. However, those rules affect many parts of the system like pricing, order flow, and validation then because of that, they needed to be adjusted more than once and that is why there were repeated updates, not because we ignored his instructions. there were also external issues during the project and also the original payment provider was shut down, and we had to switch to a different one then this required rebuilding that part of the system, even with that problem, we continued working and made sure the system was still functional. The project was discussed, approved, built, updated many times, and delivered in a working state and the client was involved during the process, and we stayed active the whole time, there's a huge difference in expectations on how some detailed parts of the system should fully work, It is not a case of no delivery or scam as we acted in good faith, we did real work, and we made continuous efforts to fix and complete everything based on the client’s feedback.
i hope this gives a clear and fair understanding of the full situation, we have also sent complete proof of the website, progress, and full conversation logs to one of the admins (Liars) for full transparency.

Let me explain everything from the beginning so we know where we are at and the fact that you are refusing to give me my funds back while I am clearly rejecting the work with reasons and with detailed problems which I have described to you, to which your developer could never fulfill. First of all I have explained all the functions and the expectations since the beginning of the project, you (didn't have the right knowledge) thought it would be possible to make it using sell.app website (your responsibility as a developer since you should know your craft) which did not work out since sell.app does not allow my services and account got banned. (You should have known this since you are the business working on this field, assuming you have worked with other cracked members in projects like this) Because that didn't work out we had to have our own database for the website (your developer told me that would be extra even though it was your responsibility since from the start since you agreed to take on the project.) I still agreed even though since here you were not acting in good faith at all. We went on with the work and after 4-5 revisions from me (despite me explaining from the start what I wanted) your developer still could not hand me a working project based on the requirements we had set since from the start.
1. Waste of time
2. Waste of hosting and domain I purchased
3. Waste of brain cells trying to explain to your developer countless times with monkey explaination on what he needed to do.
Despite me re-explaining monkey style on what he needed to do, 5 times in a row, he still could not deliver the finished working product based on the requirements which were set since at the start. Then after he understood part of what he needed to do, he decided he wanted extra money again because in the beginning he lacked the comprehensionskills. Which is still wild to me since you should know what you are doing.
The website is a complete AI slop and your developer could never send a finished working product because if Claude can't do it then either can he.
It's been weeks now and I want my money back without further discussion as this is wasting my time real bad.
@Alex , @Liars I need an admin response as soon as possible, I am being held of $1000 for no reason at all, slowing down my things for my business a lot.
One of the admins who will work on this to contact me asap to send complete chat transcript via PMs. I want this solved as soon as possible, throughout the whole conversation you can clearly see the developer has no idea what he is doing and me loosing braincells trying to explain to him what's needed.
Extra charges with no extra features asked (even though there were extra features added since the developer could not understand from the start what he needed to do since his knowledge is basically using Claude and I am pretty sure he does not know what he is doing)
If anyone wants to have $1k+ held and have a half finished AI slop project delivered to you and then the owner refusing to refund use olympus, if not then use some other developer.
To answer all his claims directly and clearly. This is not a case where the client was “held of $1000 for no reason at all.” because he already admitted that the website backend is working and that means there is huge work was done and the website/system was delivered.
It is also not true that we just blindly took the job without discussing the service. before development started, the workflow was discussed including the order flow, deposit flow, worker flow, pay-after flow, and dashboard logic and all that was approved in the ticket by saying “yes perfect” and “all good.” and the Sellapp point, yes, Sellap was considered early as one possible route. as when it became clear that the service would not work there, the project was not abandoned and instead it was adjusted and moved to a custom setup and that is not proof that there was no knowledge because that is proof that adaptation was made when a third-party platform limitation came up and platform bans and policy issues are external problems, and development still continued after that and it was also approved. The claim that the database and custom handling became “our responsibility for free” ignores the fact that the project scope changed in complexity after the Sellapp route was no longer viable. once the project shifted from using a third-party platform into a more custom solution, that naturally required more backend work, more control, and more system handling and that is exactly why additional scope discussions came up and that is normal in custom development. It is also not true that the developer “could never fulfill anything.” because the ticket shows that major features were built, it was also stated that the website was deployment-ready and that the core ordering system, automatic worker assignment, product and service creation, payment integration, and account system were functional and earlier in the project, completed backend functions were also listed so the record does not support the claim that nothing useful was delivered. The website was not just “talked about.” it was hosted and sent for review, it was accessed, tested, and there were positive responses during development including saying it was “honestly a beautiful and superb work” and that the admin, worker, and client profiles “all look good.” and that does not mean there were no later complaints, but it proves that working deliverables were shown, hosted, reviewed, and approved. On the point that the same logic had to be repeated many times, it is understood that this caused frustration, but that still does not prove no work was done or that there was no understanding because logic like 20 percent fee, $200 minimum, and $50 prepayment does not exist in only one place and it affects order flow, payment flow, validation, display logic, and status handling as well, that is why changes had to be adjusted across different parts of the system. The claim also that this was only “AI slop” is also not supported by the actual project history. even if tools were used during development, what matters is whether a functional custom system was built and in this case, it includes backend logic, user roles, worker assignment, product handling, dashboards, and payment flow which are not erased just because it is labeled negatively and again it was already confirmed that the backend is working and on the claim of “extra charges with no extra features asked,” the ticket shows that after the project moved forward, more detailed requirements came up and there were discussions around added scope which is part of normal custom development when requirements expand.
Communication was not only on one side, there were also times when updates were sent and responses were waited for before continuing and that is part of why the flow stretched out and even so, development stayed active, replies were consistent, and there were repeated efforts to align, review, and finish things properly. It is also not accurate to say there was refusal to work, in fact, the project continued step by step from the start, there was involvement in the review process, approvals were given in phases, and engagement continued as updates were sent and this shows it was an ongoing development process with client involvement, not a case of disappearing after payment.
So to be direct, the situation is being framed as if there was no valid delivery or good-faith effort, but the ticket shows the opposite and it shows an approved starting scope, active communication, hosted previews, working backend systems, multiple revisions, continued support, and confirmations during development and the real issue here is not that work was not done but that the final system did not fully match expectations. We are fully open to admin review because the full transcript, hosted progress, and system history clearly show that this was a real custom development project with real work delivered, not a scam and complete proof and the full conversation history have already been prepared and submitted for review.

Framing good words for finished project is honestly such a low thing to do that if I knew things would come to this I would never say those things.
I have said that the website looks good the moment I just gave it a glance. The moment I had the chance to check the functionalities of the website I could see that nothing was done like I explained since the beginning. From there more problems continued occuring, and yes you are responsible for the project since you agreed to do it, even though sellapp got banned that's not my problem, so asking for extra money there (even though I understand the workflow completely changes from there) is literally not acting in good faith at all. Because if was YOUR responsibility to finish the project.
You keep saying that the back end is working, it's working but it's not working like how it needs to be working though ? So the fact that it is working does not mean that I have to pay $1000 when it does not do the job it is intended to do. I have to pay $1000 because the back end is working but I can't use it for my services because the logic does not make sense when I have explained it over 6 times what needs to be done? That's just retarded.
I am expecting someone to reply to this thread but it seems that mods here are unresponsive asf.
@Liars, @Alex I need my money back. It's a huge set back for me to have 1k held by someone who could not do their work right and keeps mentioning "Oh but back end working" when its not doing what it NEEDS to do.

We have already explained our side clearly and sent all the proof, including the full conversation and project progress, to one of the admins @Liars for review. At this point, we are just waiting for the admins to review everything and make their final decision and remain fully cooperate and respect whatever outcome they decide based on the full context.
