Screenshots of Communication: Ill send via DM but he knows it himself too

Additional Information: I purchased an account, during purchase he was responding so quick, after i sent money response started reducing. Mind you when i paid he told me its a premade account, which means i expect delivery within few hours as its a "PREMADE ACCOUNT" man made me wait almost 48hrs+ then i told him ill open scam report and all no response nothing...I asked him assistance of which proxy to use he kept giving super late replies or no response. I got pissed thats when he sent me the account. I kept asking him what proxy location i get no response nothing. couple days passed i left a bad vouch on his thread and bad REP for him. Guess what, he responded me next day telling me:
"YOU CAN LEARN BEFORE BUYING I DONT OFFER ANY SUPPORT FOR THIS KIND OF STUFF" Mind you in his paypal thread there is no any terms of service nothing. And because he knows it was shitty for his business the bad rep he decided to tell me "SINCE YOU LEFT BAD REP I WILL LEAVE MUCH BETTER ONE" this is technically abusing rep system.
Anyways after this i kept messaging him,  April 25 no response.... Upon second login of the paypal account i got  confirmation message asking me to confirm its me and send text to phone number. I sent him screenshot till today as we speak no response and i do not have access to phone number. April 27 messaged him again asking any update and that he won respond to me no more? Still no reply even tho his active on forums.

Another issue the paypal account he gave me and the email it was his own website web hosting email.. Sure maybe he was trying to cloak and shit he started using the paypal account to pay for Hostinger bills and steam bills.. ok lets say he was aging it.
If u view the email his using it to register other services on other websites. I dont know what kind of service is this.

Read my thread again and show me where I said I provide proxy support.
 
- The price speaks for itself. For $99 you received exactly what was listed: PayPal login, email access, and the company legal documents. The company info can also be verified through IRS records.
 
I would have helped you with basic proxy advice, but instead of speaking normally you started insulting me and acting unprofessional. I am not going to tolerate that behavior over a $99 service.
 
You are happy to pay other people $250+ for PayPal accounts with fake company info, but here you received a real setup and still complain because I did not teach you how to use proxies.
 
Also, when you left your rating, you posted on an old PayPal thread that was already closed, not even the correct current thread. That shows you did not even check properly before trying to damage my reputation.
 
You got what you paid for. Next time learn how to talk to sellers properly instead of threatening scam reports and leaving bad rep because you did not get free support that was never included.
 
For the admins: I am happy to provide the full chat history. It will show he received the account, email access, and documents, and that proxy support was never part of the service.

Where is the mobile access? i cant even login to account it keeps asking me to confirm its me to send an SMS how can i confirm when i dont have mobile access?

The email access you provided me is your websites email address, t6he same email ur using to signup other services..
