This is a completely false accusation. It has many pages about marketing, traffic gaining and strategies, and he is accusing me of this either without reading any of it or because he felt it didn't suit him. And he said this was his last money so he kept the guide and tried to get this money back. And even if it was his last money there was nothing I could do about it because he bought this after I told him everything. So i cant refund at this point and i will send the rest of the stuff in few hours.

I want to clarify that the content quantity was not discussed earlier because this was only meant to be a starter package, not a lifetime content pack

I provided a fully KYC verified creator account, all necessary documents, and the complete content pack as requested. Everything agreed upon was delivered properly.

After receiving everything and checking he is asking for free refund. If anything is not working we can refund but this user is trying to get free refund

• The photos provided by the buyer show lack of quality and attention.
  

Hence he's entitled to a partial refund of $75.
